Heidi Rothenberg resides in Albuquerque, NM where her passion and focus has been in the field of wellness for over 21 years. Heidi began her career as a massage therapist with a focus on deep tissue work and sports massage. As a trainer for over 17 years, she has always pursued her own fitness and lifelong health. When she discovered the kettlebell in early 2006, she then learned what real functional strength was about. Heidi owns New Mexico Peak Fitness, is a RKC Level II Instructor, and has assisted Pavel Tsatsouline in multiple Hard-Style” certification courses.
While working on her own mobility challenges, Heidi was introduced to Z-Health® Performance Solutions; she knew when she experienced her own instantaneous pain relief that she was on the right path and quickly immersed herself in the ways of optimization of movement. Heidi is Z-Health® Exercise Therapy Specialist certified in all levels (R, I, S, T, 9S).
